Meditation and Relaxing Games for Kids in Persian offers a series of activities where your child can practice easy motoric skills inspired by child yoga training, as well as learning techniques of deep breathing and relaxation through meditation. Each exercise can be used on its own or in combination with others to form a longer program depending on your child's age and needs. The programs have been translated to Persian but draw on well established methods used in Sweden.

Baharan Kazemi, who has translated and developed the program, has a PhD in Social Science and long professional experience of work with children. She was the founder of Hambaazi cultural association in Sweden and has a certificate in kids yoga training.

Sheyda Parham is located in Tehran, Iran and has together with her brother Behrooz Parham recorded and produced this series. The Parhams are active in the culture scene in Iran, Behrooz with different musical projects and and Sheyda as a graphic designer.
