Took a minute to get into it because it wasn't what I expected but now I'm craving more :)

Alyssa hosts a podcast about romantic comedies and their tropes with her best friend, Jackie, called "Meet Cute". Arnie is quote "a white dude in his 30s who started a podcast. There is literally nothing original about me" unquote, who together with his brother, Mike, wants to be the next Marc Maron. His podcast is also titled "Meet Cute" because it's ironic, you see. When ad copy for each podcast gets mixed up, the two hosts have to meet to get things straight.If you've been hankering for more of "Deck The Halls with Matrimony!", there's finally another podcast in town with the same rapid fire comedy and affection for rom com tropes! Alyssa's a button downed romantic, Arnie's a cynical jerk but all their plans to never hang out together keep being foiled by Jackie and Mike bonding over shots, heartbreak, and setting house traps. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.

I really enjoyed it. It's funny, has a good pace and I liked that the characters weren't perfect (except Mr Wonderful - I won't give a spoiler on that one :-) ). I hope that there is another series.
