My panic attack while getting a MRI of my brain reminded me to stop rehearsing tragedy in my life. When I was trying to build my future and also navigate through perimenopause, I rehearsed tragedy often....by predicting failure for everything which kept me stuck in confusion which prevented me from taking actionable steps toward my goal.
