Josh is our guest on Episode 10 and Josh has a story that I think a lot of us will be able to relate to. 

Josh grew up in an abusive household which lead to him struggling to find the confidence in himself to find friends and find where he fitted in. I know so many of us have grown up with similar situations as kids. 

Josh tells us how he dealt with the trauma of this, how he figured out what it all meant and how he deals with the lows that still come along from time to time. 

Josh has a story that is all too common yet seldom spoken about. Here's hoping we can continue to change both of those situations.
