Shane is a friend of mine I met through online gaming, Shane is in his mid 30's and works in construction. 

About a week ago Shane was contemplating suicide, but a phone call from his mother pulled him back from the edge. We talk about that experience, what led to it as well as Shanes childhood and history with his mental health. Shane lets us know how he is doing now and what steps he is taking to keep himself away from the place he found himself last week.
