On March 30th, we at Mental Health Ireland are inviting the nation to ask ‘How Are You?’ with meaning to celebrate the power of connection and encourage open conversations around mental health. National Lead for the Hello campaign Jo Donohoe sat down with PJ Gallagher - a man known for being a great talker – on stage, on screen and on our airwaves.
