Ali Garced aka Ali the Agent is a realtor in Tucson, Arizona, and a Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.   She purchased her first condo in 2016 using the VA loan. She deployed shortly thereafter and immediately turned it into a rental.   

It wasn't until 2018 when she discovered the FIRE movement and Bigger Pockets that she decided to double down on real estate.  

She purchased a single-family in 2019, a single-family in 2020, a duplex in 2021, and is going 50/50 with a partner on an apartment building near St Louis/Scott Air Force Base in 2022. She is separating from active duty in 1 year and is currently looking to grow her team in Tucson.
