2 oz Gin Mare Gin

2oz. Cocchi Americano Bianco

.50 oz Drillaud Grapefruit 

2 dashes orange bitters

pour into a bar glass filled with ice and stir till chilled.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel
