Guest Nicole McNelis a licensed mental health therapist and maternal mental health counseling specialist. She operates her own counseling private practice in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a mom to two energetic and curious little boys. Nicole’s therapy practice is woman-centered, which means she focuses on the needs of women, moms, and mom-to-be. She is passionate about supporting women through life transitions big and small.
