Eye opening and Aussie related. The two things that I needed. I have really enjoyed listening to Terry and Ryan. They have put in the hard work and have created easily digestible podcasts for anyone looking to create a passive source of income in Australia. I really enjoyed episode 16 where they provided 14 questions to help avoid big money mistakes. As someone who is already made some of the mistakes discussed, I really wish I had stumbled over this podcast earlier. They are questions I now have on my phone ready to pull up. There's a lot of good info in this podcast. Give it a listen!
