I absolutely love this show. The episodes are done and told really well. There's some banter but not too much - just the perfect amount in my opinion. No 15 minute intros before getting to the point, they just dive in right away and their banter is usually case-related. The cases aren't that well-known (I don't myself like the podcasts that discuss the same known cases over and over again) and almost every episode I get to hear a case I haven't heard before. And I like how they discuss their own theories at the end. I can't do nothing but recommend this podcast to anyone who likes true crime and doesn't want to hear endless banter between the hosts.
