Waikato University law professor Al Gillespie says the Government was right not to pay a ransom for Red Cross nurse Louisa Akavi. She was abducted in October 2013 by the terrorist group while travelling in a Red Cross convoy in north-western Syria.Professor Gillespie talks to Newstalk ZB's Heather du Plessis-Allan about ransoms, whether Akavi should have been named and whether he thinks she is still alive.
