On today's solo episode of the podcast we talk about the signs that our mental health might be slipping into darker territory and how we can take the reigns and lift ourselves to higher states of being. Dani's struggles with anxiety and depression have forced her to implement practices that keep her feeling alive and well and she's gong to share all of them with you, today! 

After sharing what to look for in regards to deteriorating mental health, we'll move into the actionable steps you can take today to bring yourself to a more high vibrational place of being. She talks about her conscious choice to live off of medications and instead focus on a more holistic approach to greater well-being. She shares candidly about a diagnosis she received when she was thirteen that brought her so much shame until she stopped identifying with it. As always she offers you her humorous and transparent point of view of mental health and her own challenges she's had to face.
