In this episode, Don interviews Elan Sudberg! He is the CEO of Alkemist Labs, one of the last remaining family owned and operated third-party analytical labs, focusing on botanical analysis for the dietary supplement industry.

Elan gives some insight about what the company does, and also shares some of the tips and tricks he has learnt about maintaining healthy family relationships outside of work while operating a family business. He also talks about the challenges they faced when the pandemic hit, and how being on the right side of the ‘essential worker line’ saved the company from the kind of fate that quite a lot of businesses have faced this past year.
