But being a revered stylist is a lot more than putting together an outfit; Karla's distinct approach involves creating looks for each celebrity that represent the best version of themselves. From designing 'fits for Justin Bieber's tour, to the logistical chaos that takes place behind-the-scenes while prepping for the Oscars, Karla spills all.

She also opens up about her personal life - like how she first met her husband while she was working as a server at a restaurant in Canada, and how she credits her parents for her rigorous work ethic.
