I've been a personal trainer, fitness coach, and now am pursuing the dietetics profession. I've also been asked a lot of questions by clients who are just as confused by some of the wild claims as I am! I talk about my own experiences and research in solo-cast episodes and interview some professionals in the industry to paint a truthful picture of what you can expect from them.
