Emily is one of the world’s best ultra- and sky runners. She, as well as myself, is featured in the first edition of the all new Mountain Running Magazine which Lyn happens to be the creator and editor of. I call them up to talk about the magazine, their 2020 plans and basically just to get to know the two ladies. 

Katherine de las Nieves is the person I’m visiting down in Patagonia. Together we recorded intro and outro and talked about our travels down to Patagonia and the history of the place.
