With lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit, Nintendo has been putting the pressure on all companies who they feel are infringe on their dear Nintendo Switch.  First it was resellers of the product, then installers, advertisers, and now it is RCM loader sellers.  Does Nintendo think they are going to win all of these lawsuits, or are they just scare tactics to make everyone fear them and their property?
