Today’s guest is Hari Kalymnios, a consultant and speaker on the topics of mindset, resilience, health, well-being and how to feel ‘superhuman’.

He has a past in the corporate arena, and worked for top tier organizations. He eventually got frustrated seeing many of his colleagues suffer from ill health, burnout and stress. Not wanting to have the same, he ended up leaving the corporate world and diving deep into the personal development world which led him to meet some amazing people who shifted his paradigms on many topics around life.

Seeing once a speaker who was almost twice his age, but looked years younger, rock it on stage for 14 hours, two days straight, got him curious. He spent the next years looking at different high performers and reading and researching whatever he could from health, and business to spirituality and from metaphysics to yoga, science and biographies. Over a period of about four years he read over 200 books, attended hundreds of hours of live courses, and thousands more audio courses. Making small and incremental improvements to his own life, he saw his health, relationships, focus, productivity, peace of mind, contentment and energy all increase.

Hari Kalymnos’ mission is to empower people to become what he calls ‘superhuman’ – you on your best day but a 10x version. And not just once in a while, but most of the time. And to be the best self-leaders they can be. After all, nobody can you hope to lead other people if they can’t lead themselves first.

Quotes

“Anyone can write. A big book of 50.000 pages, explaining a muffling around a concept. But if you want to make it into one sentence, that will probably take you years”

“Life isn’t that complicated. But look after yourself first. And then you can look after other people”

“If you are not embarrassed about the first product, you probably waited too long (…). Just get the stuff out there. It doesn’t need to be perfect”.

“We evolved looking for danger. Looking for things that are out of place, that grab our attention. A tiger footprint in the sand, or a bush that’s been broken (…). We need to condition us out of that. It’s not to say that bad things don’t exist. They do, but actually the overwhelming majority of things are positive”.
