On this episode of #NomadicHustle I had a chance to chat with Dr. Abdi Jama,  a Cardiologist and Vascular Medicine Specialist, about what life in Mogadishu was like before the war, his journey to the USA alone as a teenager, and his biggest inspirations for becoming a Cardiologist.

Dr. Abdi Jama is a board certified and fellowship trained Cardiologist and Vascular Medicine Specialist. In the Mpls-St.Paul Magazine he was rated "Top Doctor - Rising Star" (2019).  

Dr. Jama completed his Residency (internal medicine) at Mayo Clinic, Rochester MN. He went on to complete a Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Mayo Clinic.  Upon completion, he moved to Boston, MA and completed Vascular Medicine and Interventional fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.
