Welcome back Evan and Matty, wowza this is a hefty episode. We deep dive into Matty’s psychy, embodied existential positionality in relation to his empathic emotionality, and I shit on Freud *Fraud as I call him, just to make Evan blush.

You might be asking, Matty…WTF are you talking about and why am I still reading these show notes?? Well I will tell ye:

This episode is all about the Inter-cranial Neuro Stimulation treatments that I have been receiving since November 2020. Shaman Lenka utilizes a regressive, trauma based, Jungian (Carl Jung) approach, it is designed to help with emotional regulation, resolving suppressed trauma, heal *structurally the brain, and promote a sense of calm and migraine relief.

In a nut shell, my brain gets massaged about once a week, using electricity and injecting Alpha, Beta, Gamma Waves (Stimulation) into my noggin, which both induces the most healing and restorative hallucinogenic trip ever (Shamanism) AND promotes structural restorative change on a sub-neuronal level.
