From his unique vantage point as a recruiter, Todd shares some wisdom for both churches and potential worship pastors as they search for the match for their ministries. Todd also talks about his journey and why he has chosen now to release his debut album after years as a worship pastor in churches. In the process of recording this album, he has had a team behind him that has pushed him forward and was honest when things were not up to par.
