It’s a desirable quality.

But the funny thing is how people often consider that NOT saying something because it’s not positive, is a good thing.

Radical Candor is one of the biggest changes and tools to my work as an educator over the last few years. 

Not saying something to a parent that is the truth and is hurting their child’s chance of success in music is ludicrous.
