An athlete might have massive quads, huge hamstrings and killer calves, but if they are pushing all that power through weak feet and ankles they are no where near achieving their potential. Not to mention at a significantly higher risk to get injured.

Matt is a founder of AFX a foot and ankle strengthening product which is used in rehab/PT and performance. They help develop the “core” of the foot to minimize injury and improve performance.
