Tom’s journey to purpose saw him guiding the world's top brands to growth as communication group Publicis Machine‘s Group Managing Director, supporting digital transformation as CEO of Nurun - the Publicis specialist technology agency – and then embarking on a role as CEO: Hospitality at the world-leading conservation tourism business, Singita.

Tom is passionate about connecting people to powerful ideas that accelerate business and lead sustainable change.
