Popular Reviews of Ongoing History of New Music

I enjoy this podcast but any time it covers a musical subculture I'm disappointed at how shallow and incomplete the research is. 20-30 minutes is plenty of time to dig in to a topic properly. The "nerd rock" episode pushed me over the edge of "do I really want to keep listening?" in particular (although the goth episodes nearly did it). Generally, though, the show is interesting and explores facets of Canadian music that are new to me as an American.

Alan Cross is amazing, I have listened to this show since I was a child in the 90s.

Alan Cross is passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to music, and he's also a great host.
