In the book, Peter discusses his experiences with the sport of running – how it helped him cope during times of stress and how it gave him joy, especially when he was able to use his running talents to help others achieve their goals.  We discuss his new book (which I read while my wife was in 63 hours of labor delivering our brand new baby girl, Ellie) amongst other things on this week’s podcast.
