In 1977, Connie studied Cosmetology and became a Certified Cosmetologist/Esthetician. In 1982, she opened her own day spa.

She studied Aromatherapy and for the past 19 years has her own label of Organic Reverseage Wellness Essential Oils.

Connie has been a holistic health leader since 2003. She received her training as a  Integrative Nutritional Holistic Health Coachfrom the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program where she studied with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.

As a certified coach, Connie creates a supportive, and safe environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. With 4 decades of total health experience, her expertise lies in toxins that can disrupt metabolic, skin and endocrine health. She takes a natural and holistic, common sense approach to rebuilding well-being from the ground up. Her programs include: De-stress Your Life,  Prevent Cancer, Reversing Diabetes, Stop Age Stealers, and Trash Toxins by removing a toxic internal and external environment.

Together clients connect the dots to digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and cognitive challenges. In essence, Connie helps clients flip their moods, transform their health, and boost their energy.

In 2005, she was introduced to her Reiki Master Teacher. Connie is now a Certified Reiki Master.

In 2010, Connie grew her writing skills to become a wellness blogger and ghost writer.
