Is your business selling itself short by not embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion? In this episode, Naeemah chats with Tiffany Blassingame about how leaning into DEI can be profitable. One of the first steps: Look at who YOU follow on social media. Tune in for more.

Tiffany Blassingame started Simple Organization to provide organizing and productivity strategies to help others develop a more organized approach to home, work, and school.  As a divorced parent of a teenage son and a school administrator, she understands the delicate balance between raising children, progressing toward personal goals, working in your career, and being a good steward to others and to yourself.  It sometimes feels impossible to keep it all together!  Simple Organization is designed to offer strategies to help busy adults and their families go from chaos to calm by achieving wellness through organization and productivity.

Tiffany's varied experience as an educator makes it natural for her to specialize in student organization.  Her specialties include working with families of elementary, middle, and high school students as well as college students and educators. Tiffany is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and a founding member of the National Association of Black Professional Organizers (NABPO) where she serves as the Director of Inclusion and Belonging.  She is also a professional organizer with Ebony & Orderly, a collaboration of 6 Black professional organizers in Atlanta. Tiffany is the founder of The Ferguson School, a micro-school in Atlanta that offers culturally inclusive and anti-racist education. She frequently speaks on the topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice on various platforms.
