Neil Duncombe completed his first Ironman UK in 2021, having started from the position of not being able to swim, and not riding a bike, in the summer of 2020! We hear about his challenges learning to swim during a pandemic when pools were closed for much of the year, and how his mindset of ‘just don’t panic’ got him thorugh training, his first ever triathlon at the Epicman half, and all the way to the finish line in Bolton!
