YeSeul Kim is a social entrepreneur who merges the science of analyzing big data, the art of qualitative research, and the application of a growth mindset to fuel her passion for solving complex social problems.YeSeul's past roles include working at Procter & Gamble as a consumer insights specialist and as the Director of Business Development & Operations at Northeastern University. She transitioned into the non-profit sector, first as the Director of Operations at Ashoka, the world’s largest convener of social entrepreneurs. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Strategy & Operations for the Kendall Square Association, creating new placemaking initiatives and diversity programs for the innovation district.
When she is not recording her narrative driven podcast Serendipity Stories, YeSeul is working on her book Business Love: Your MBA to Relationships and photo journalism project Humans of Treviso.YeSeul graduated from MIT with a Masters and Bachelors in Urban Planning and speaks in English, Korean, and Italian.
