After practicing as a physician assistant for 10 years she walked away from medicine and started a brand that went back to her roots as a former certified personal trainer and lifelong home fitness enthusiast and started a blog writing reviews of the top home workout programs on the market. Hundreds of reviews later, her company aims to help women navigate and execute a permanent home workout plan using the best services on the market. What started as a blog has expanded and now includes a podcast called Crunches and Cosmos, as well as an online program that helps women set up a home workout routine called The Vault, a line of merch, and a signature aerobic step for home exercisers.
