Having had a tough upbringing and time in prison it wasn't until he got into a car accident in his early 20's, that left him a paraplegic, where his life began to turn around. The next 3 decades travelled all over the globe earning a wall of trophies from playing a myriad of sports representing Australia and earning the highly sought after Collingwood AFL Wheelchair Team captain, title. Even getting cancer damper his spirit.
