As Director of SEAMAAC, he successfully led the conceptual plan for Mifflin Square Park in South Philadelphia moving towards implementing a $5.3 million improvement.Prior to joining SEAMAAC, Andy was the managing director of the now built Chinatown Community Center project the Krane on Vine Street in Chinatown, a $77 million mixed-use community development. Andy has been recognized as a thought leader and innovator regarding community and economic development.
