It’s so normal (and way more common than you’d realize!) that we cycle through Imposter Syndrome, especially when considering our next moves.Today I’m riffing on why I think we should ditch the word “syndrome” all together when it comes to this phenomenon, and how to give yourself permission to start taking steps in a new direction (instead of waiting on external approval or credentials).
