Matt Korsky lives in NY with wife and two young girls.  He is a school teacher, and now also a plant-powered coach. We sit down and talk about the journey and the challenges he had to overcome to get to where he is now.  He also joined the Amrita Bars Expert Team this year and we couldn’t be happier!

Matt was diagnosed with ADHD in high school, through a plant based diet and exercise he learnt how to manage his disorder and use exercise  as a key component of the ADHD protocol.  We talk about what it means to be the father of two wonderful little girls and take on the Ironman Triathlon training.

We discuss the importance of meditation and daily routine .. if you are running ragged then the tips from Matt can really help you find some solutions to “balance”

We spend a lot of time talking about the steps Matt took to get certified as a Plant-Powered Coach.  Victoria Moran’s Main Street Academy  was a huge part of his training, plus some other key resources that he mentions.
