‘Tackle the Feelings Before the Behaviour’ is a parenting approach that focuses on how to regulate or manage your children’s emotions and build healthy attachments/bonds between you and your child. The core principle is to ‘tackle their feelings before their behaviour’. Behaviour is a reaction to our emotional states and thoughts and is often very misunderstood.

I will guide you through the different emotions and feelings in a variety of contexts and share many helpful tips. You will gain knowledge and support with attending to your children’s emotional needs and teaching your children how to cope with difficult emotions and situations. My aim is to make information free and accessible to all parents.
