From big city training to a small town on Florida’s gulf coast, Dr. Georges Joseph describes his journey as a young Haitian boy to a successful interventional cardiologist. Dr. Joseph is a Board Certified interventional cardiologist who has special training in structural heart diseases. He completed his Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Albany Medical College and his cardiology fellowship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has numerous board certifications and in this episode, we discuss what he is doing in Hernando County Florida to PRACTICE: IMPOSSIBLE. He has performed a number of complicated procedures in our local community hospital that have helped decrease the need for patients to be transferred to tertiary care facilities.
