Follows a recent transplant to Melbourne from Zimbabwe as she navigates a new relationship with a wealthy white doctor. As their relationship develops, issues of culture, race, and class come to light and the story explores how these issues influence the character's actions and perspectives, such as how the doctor fails to understand the racism the main character faces. This first season is a complete story of two people learning to be vulnerable and grow in their relationship, but the last episode leaves room for a continuation. Presented as a full-cast production with asides with the main character's thoughts and narration. I enjoyed most of the humor. Parts of this are NSFW (moaning, some dirty talk), so keep that in mind when listening.
