Any number of things can happen that require us to pivot. It can simply be the result of growth and the need to naturally adjust. Children, for example, need new shoes, new clothes, and even new foods to meet the growing needs of their bodies as they develop.

Over the last few months, Dr. Huntley has been carefully assessing her business in preparation for making some necessary changes. In the process, she attended a CEO retreat where she unplugged from absolutely everything in order to quietly reflect, brainstorm, and explore opportunities for growth.
