Sarah has fun in an honest chilled out chat to THE HUGELY INSPIRING Lisette Alvarez of Kalila Stormfire, Limbo, Magic Kingdom, Caravan and MMMore about origin stories, balancing work life and audio fun, finding time for self and focus, and dealing with actor  creator burnout. Basically we both agree we need to be kind to ourselves as creatives...yes you....we are essentially talking to you. Are you? Being kind to you?

There’s room in our lives as actors to turn off social media to refocus. To reconnect with our inner thoughts and give us time to refill ourselves and get some headspace in this busy crazy perpetually demanding world. 

Chill on those deadlines people!

Refocus.

We also found time to celebrate the starting of the podcasting round table sessions on youtube. And we celebrate the creatives encouraging new voices and folks to voice their opinions and stories. Lisette wholeheartedly encourages modelling positive behaviour and experience and we big up the community once again for its' awesome and striving for diversity...tho...as this season is campaigning - we can do bettererrrrr!
