Alan Campbell has had anything but a predictable career. He’s done everything from television to film to Broadway, including starring opposite Glenn Close in the musical Sunset Boulevard, a role for which he was nominated for a Tony Award. This month, North Carolina audiences can see him star in the Judson Theatre production of Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution. But that Pinehurst stage is a far cry from his first big acting break on the Three’s Company spinoff Three’s a Crowd starring the late John Ritter. Hear what he has to say about that, one of his favorite theater memories working on Broadway in Mamma Mia!, Agatha Christie, and the secret to sustaining such a long career in the entertainment industry.
