Lance has done wonders with his business in a short 3 year period. Prior to selling homes, Lance was a C Level Executive for a few companies focused on retail. When natural gas prices dropped, the business folded, and it was time for Lance to find something new. Not wanting to leave the Houston area, his wife Karina convinced him to pass all real estate courses in less than 24 hours.
