I get a lot of questions about the menstrual cycle. This is such an interesting topic to me because I used to despise my cycle. I used to hate being a women because I bled every month.  It wasn't until I acknowledged the power that lies in our menstrual cycle, that I finally appreciated my body, my being, and actually experienced less pain and discomfort. Realizing the profound, deep connection our menstrual cycles have to the moon, is another aspect that allowed me to see the beauty of this time. It's more than just bleeding and ovulating.
