Laura Bond, attorney with Spencer Fane LLP, will provide a basic overview of managed care contracting as well as a review of critical elements contained in the draft Aetna contracts provided to KHA, tips for negotiating favorable terms, and anti-trust implications of coordinated negotiations. In addition to course instruction, participants will be provided a contracting checklist to assist them in vetting managed care contracts.
