This is the eleventh episode of Relatively Related and the fourth in our Health and Fitness Series! Join us to see how we relate the words Tortoise, Grind, Maintain, and Triggers!  Today, in part two, we discuss Maintain and Triggers. 

We completed the third week in August and we are all in the middle of our challenges. In the middle of any health-based challenge, it is important to ensure you avoid relapsing and stalling your progress. In today's episode, Tarrie talks about the importance of maintaining good habits when you are working on improving your health. 

Then Trudy talks about the foods that can be a negative trigger for us and how to avoid these triggers. She talks about how to take power over your triggers simply by changing the words you use and your perspective.

Each month on Relatively Related we embark on a challenge to push us to become better people and to do more. This month’s challenge: The members of relatively related engage in health-based challenges. Terry tries to run a half Marathon, Troy pushes to begin getting Ripped, Trudy is doing a monthly exercise challenge, and Tarrie attempts to lose 15 lbs.
