In today's episode I'm going to share with you a bit more about me and talk a little about personal values, prioritization and resiliency.
For those of you that know me you know that I am a huge fan of the personal development movement. I read the books and listen to the podcasts and am really doing my best to incorporate what I'm learning with my personal and family health as well as in my professional life as a nurse educator. And the learning never stops. There is always something that I can improve upon, and I definitely go through phases and ups and down's, but for the most part I am generally focused on an overall sense of progression toward my ideal.
