Episode 005 It was against all odds that my guest Brandon Mendenhall, who was born with Cerebral Palsy, became a guitarist in the Heavy Metal band, The Mendenhall Experiment. Teaching himself how to play guitar was no easy feat but through his love for the band, Korn, and Munky, Korn’s guitarist, who encouraged Brandon all the way, The Mendenhall Experiment has since become a nationally recognized touring and recording band.  Documentary film Director, Sebastien Paquet has captured Brandon’s incredible journey on film in the award-winning movie, Mind Over Matter. Join Dr. Jen and her guests to hear how possible it is to embrace a debilitating physical condition and override what many had deemed impossible.
