Jo Regidor is one of the sweetest souls on the planet. I had the profound honor of being on her new podcast, Life with Less, and we just instantly clicked. We have such similar stories when it comes to our approach to minimalism and intentional living, and more recently, Jo joined the oh-so-shitty grief club after losing her best friend and brother during this pandemic. She so graciously shares with us what this process has been like for her - moving through the fresh stages of loss during lockdown, how her void filling tendencies aided to her debt and hindered her healing journey (raising my hand here), and how she so lovingly learned how to take care of herself in order to process her pain (and get out of debt - !)
