I loved hearing about this French take on an American franchise. I got caught up in the story, and by the end I really cared about what was going to happen to these people. It was inspiring and surprising. This podcast is one of my favourites.

I was initially thinking that this was about the minimum wage or something related to it, but what it actually was about was more wholesome. McDonalds as a place of belonging and to push somebody up was not something people would commonly relate to them. Although I do not refute what the franchisee's opinion on McDonalds' outlook towards those workers are, I think both are credible as it is still a business in the end. Great episode by the team and love the phrase "Come as you are"!!!
